REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY — MARRAKECH
Real estate photographer in Marrakech.
Interiors, exteriors and aerial views for property listings, developers and hospitality. Covering Guéliz, Hivernage, the Medina and the Palmeraie.
Property images are the listing. A well-shot apartment gets viewings; the same apartment shot on a phone in poor light does not, regardless of the price.
Getting interiors right
Interiors are a dynamic-range problem: the window is far brighter than the room. We shoot and blend exposures so both the interior and the view outside are visible, which is what makes a room look like the space a visitor will actually walk into.
Aerial views for context
Drone imagery shows what interiors cannot — the setting, the outlook, the distance to the sea or the city. For coastal and development properties it is often the image that generates the enquiry.
