A portrait is doing a job: it has to make a stranger decide you are credible before they read a word. That is a direction problem more than a lighting one.
Direction is most of the work
Almost everyone is uncomfortable in front of a camera and it shows. The difference between a stiff portrait and a convincing one is direction — knowing what to ask the subject to do so the result looks like them at their most assured.
Consistency across a team
When portraits are used together on a site or a deck, they have to match. We define the lighting, background and crop once and shoot the whole team to it, so no one looks out of place.

Twenty to thirty minutes per person for a team shoot; an hour or more for an individual session with multiple looks.
We send guidance in advance — mostly avoiding fine patterns and strong logos, and bringing options.
Usually yes, if we can see the originals — we match lighting and treatment as closely as the setup allows.
Yes. Our base is Casablanca and we travel across Morocco — Guéliz, Hivernage, the Medina and the Palmeraie included. Travel is quoted with the brief.
